What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany is free. Please contact us in advance for other countries.
What is the delivery time?
Orders for mermaid tails and Airtracks are usually delivered to you within 2 business days by GLS.
Shipments to Belgium and Germany may take an extra day.
How much warranty do you provide?
We deliver high-quality products at an affordable price. The prices speak for themselves and the quality is reflected in our warranty. Our mermaid tails come with a 12-month warranty. If in doubt, always feel free to contact us.
Can I exchange my product?
You may always exchange a product within 30 days of receipt. However, for mermaid tails, this is only possible if you have not yet swum with them. Please contact us in advance to discuss an exchange.
