Does an MMS AirTrack already come with a pump?
Yes, our AirTracks come standard with an electric pump. This separate pump is ideal as a replacement, extra or for use with other products .
What can I use this pump for?
Our electric pump is suitable for AirTracks, SUP boards, inflatable pools, sports mats and other large inflatables. Thanks to the high air pressure and suction power, it works quickly and powerfully.
Does the pump only inflate, or also deflate?
Both! The pump has a blow and vacuum function . This allows you to inflate quickly and deflate effortlessly - ideal for travel or storage.
What is the warranty period?
- 12 months manufacturer's warranty on material and manufacturing defects.
- Complies with European directives (CE, RoHS & REACH)
Which pump is right for you?
- Up to 6 m² (e.g. 6 × 1 m): choose the 500W electric pump
- Larger or thicker model: choose the more powerful 800W pump for fast results
Why doesn’t the nozzle fit onto the hose?
We often get the question why the nozzle doesn’t seem to fit properly onto the hose. This is because the nozzle has an English (reverse) thread, unlike most screw systems.
If you try to tighten it in the usual way (clockwise), it will actually loosen. So try again, but this time turn it counterclockwise to secure it properly.

Wat is de levertijd?
Bestellingen voor Airtracks worden normaal gesproken binnen 2 werkdagen bij je afgeleverd door GLS. Verzendingen naar België kan een dag langer duren.
Garantie & kwaliteit van onze AirTracks
Wij leveren hoogwaardige AirTracks tegen een eerlijke prijs. Standaard krijg je 2 jaar garantie op fabricage en productiefouten. Slijtage of fysieke beschadiging door gebruik valt hier niet onder.
Onze AirTracks zijn geschikt voor zowel binnen- als buitengebruik. Houd er wel rekening mee dat intensief gebruik in de buitenlucht de levensduur kan verkorten. Langdurige blootstelling aan zonlicht, warmte of vocht kan leiden tot veroudering van het materiaal, zoals verkleuring, uitdroging of plakkerigheid van de bovenlaag.
Wanneer een AirTrack permanent buiten blijft liggen, bijvoorbeeld op gras of onder bomen kan dit het materiaal sneller aantasten en de lijmlagen verzwakken. Wij adviseren daarom om de AirTrack na gebruik altijd schoon, droog en opgevouwen op te bergen op een koele, droge plek.
Belangrijk: schade of materiaalveroudering door zon, regen, vocht of vuil valt niet onder de garantie. Heb je twijfels of vragen over onderhoud of gebruik? Neem dan gerust contact met ons op.
Kan ik mijn product retourneren en of ruilen?
Ja, je hebt altijd het recht om binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst je bestelling te retourneren. Na aanmelding heb je nog 14 dagen om het product terug te sturen.
Wat zijn de voorwaarden?
- Product moet in nieuwstaat zijn (voor AirTracks verplicht).
- Retourneer bij voorkeur in de originele verpakking.
- Behandel het product zorgvuldig om waardevermindering te voorkomen.
Wanneer krijg ik mijn geld terug?
Binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van je retour storten wij het bedrag terug. Retourkosten zijn voor eigen rekening.
