What is the delivery time?

Orders for mermaid tails and Airtracks are usually delivered to you within 2 working days by GLS.

Shipments to Belgium and Germany may take an extra day.

How much warranty do you provide?

We deliver high-quality products at an affordable price. The prices speak for themselves, and you can find the quality reflected in our warranty. Our mermaid tails come with a 12-month warranty. If in doubt, always feel free to contact us.

Can I exchange my product?

Within 30 days of receipt, you can always exchange a product. However, for mermaid tails, this is only possible if you have not yet swum with them. Please contact us in advance to discuss an exchange.
